Look, Ma, I'm Famous in Walla Walla...

I'm hard at work with a lot of other cool people on a production Jennifer Barclay's new play Ripe Frenzy, which I'm directing as part of the Whitman College Department of Theatre & Dance's 2019/20 production season. The production dramaturg (Miranda LaFond, '20) and I organized a community reading of Thornton Wilder's Our Town, which serves in a way as the framework for Ripe Frenzy, and extra! extra! you can read all about the event HERE.

We had a great conversation with community members after the reading about Grover's Corners, Walla Walla, and American violence. It was fun!

The reading included folx from Whitman College, Walla Walla Community College, Walla Walla High School, and the greater Walla Walla Community, and was hosted in collaboration with the First Congregational Church of Walla Walla.
